30 days credit facilities available to UK Government departments - Local Authorities - Schools - Health Authorities etc.

Credit trading facilities of 30 days are available to approved credit account holders subject to a minimum net order value of £20.00 - however,  new applicants must purchase their first order by sending payment with order.

Pricing - prices subject to change without notice, this will be advised when placing an order and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order. If an order has been placed via the 'shopping basket' facilities on our website and we are subsequently unable to supply, we will advise you at the email address supplied when ordering and refund the payment direct to your card as soon as is practically possible.
All prices quoted on our website are based upon ordering direct via the 'shopping basket' facilities on the website which keeps administration costs to a minimum - sometimes prices may vary when ordering via other means ie. by phone or post.
All prices exclude VAT - which will be added, where appropriate, at the prevailing standard rate.

Samples - all samples are supplied on a sale or return basis - unless otherwise agreed.
Artworks - all artwork supplied, in whatever format is copyrighted and chargeable.

Carriage will be charged on all orders - unless otherwise agreed.
Carriage charges are based on delivery to one UK Mainland address - (Non-UK mainland customers and Scottish Highlands customers cannot order online).
Carriage charges may vary slightly between 'on-line' ordering and other methods of ordering ie. orders accepted over the phone, due to the limitations of our online ordering system.

Delivery period - we aim to deliver standard items within 3 working days and most other items,  unless otherwise quoted,  within 7 working days.  
For Internet orders, - paid via Paypal direct from the shopping basket facilities on our website only, - we will advise any major delays in supply which are likely to exceed 14 working days and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order with full refund.
Deliveries will require a signature - therefore, we must have a delivery address where someone will be available between 8.30am and 5.30pm -
If a delivery can't be signed for a contact card will be left by the deliverer for you to arrange collection or further delivery time,
if this is not responded to promptly  there may be additional charges to the customer in receiving goods.
No deliveries can be made during holiday periods, no emails, faxes or other correspondence can be responded to either during holiday periods.

RETURNS - We have a no returns policy - no goods accepted for returns unless through faulty manufacture or our error in supplying incorrect goods.  Any incorrect or faulty supplies MUST be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt otherwise we will be unable to accept your claim.

DAMAGED GOODS - All packaging must be inspected on receipt and any damage noted on the carriers documentation - if this is not done we cannot make any claim against the carrier for damaged goods. Any damage to goods must be notified to us in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods,  otherwise we cannot accept any responsibility or liability.
